    The food has been good on the occasions I've visited, but the customer service is meh at best, and good luck getting correct change. In my case, I was shorted $10 on change, which is a bit of a frustrating experience, especially with employees who double down.

    But whatever. Lesson learned.

    First. I waited 20 minutes for my order (it's 8:30pm and one car ahead of me). Second, the worker handed me my pop warm with no ice. Didn't say anything and closed the window. I asked when she reopened it if I could get ice. Said she hasn't had any this evening (go to Walmart or Hyvee and get some). And to top it off the other coworker in there started to laugh in the background when I just said "okay...". I just took my order and left.  most irritating experience.

    Their website should be way more user friendly but they have Awesome food and reasonably quick service will be back

    This is probably the worst Freddy's that I've ever been to. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Floors, tables, even in the back where you can see them prepare the food. We got the #4 which is a burger and hotdog with fries and a drink. The hotdog was barely above room temp. Just disgusting. They gave us a refund for the hotdog and a coupon for a free combo which was a nice gesture.

    My family of 5 had a great experience. Food was hot, tasty and quick. Seating area was clean and staff was friendly. Bathrooms could have used a quick clean but definitely happy with our lunchtime experience!
